Il consist in the application of a full – weight (“foam nrubber” ) on the material’s back. This solution makes them particularly suitable for walls and ceiling covering, especially when the areas are irregular, making better the aesthetic aspect and the thermo-acoustic insulation. The standard full-weight is of 4-5 mm but, on demand, it can be up to 10 mm. Also we can apply a finish of canvas or felt to help sticking.

It is a working utilized by an high frequency electric welding that allows to unit the imitation leather with a special quilting of leacril and a slight layer of waterproof pvc. The utilized forms give the final product a pleasant effect of sewing quilting and are available different drawings. The electrowelding can be also made by a kind of 67 mm pvc, less soft but more noteworthy, with a more “important” form.
